PTA Member Sign Up

If you haven't already signed up and want to become a PTA member - the membership form is now online. For the Gill Hall PTA membership form 2011-2012 click on the Forms menu link.

Home Room Parent Sign Up

If you are interested in being a party parent or chaperoning a field trip you need to sign up for this!

There will be 3 parties this year: Halloween, Holiday and Friendship. You must be a PTA member to be on the party list.

To be eligible for a field trip you must:

  1. attend 2 PTA meetings
  2. be on the homeroom parent list
  3. have your clearances turned in to the office
  4. be a member of the PTA
Your name will then be put in a hat and the teacher will draw from there. Mrs. Salamony can give you the information on how to obtain clearances.

If you have an interest in being head home room parent please check that off next to your child's room number.

Buy-Out

The PTA is taking a different approach to fundraising this year. As an alternative to sale-type fundraising, we are offering a "buy-out", which simply means you would give a cash donation instead of participating in the various fundraisers - read more »

Committee Sign Up

You can always sign up for the committee(s) you would like to volunteer for during the 2011-2012 school year. Please keep in mind that you will need to be a PTA member in order to chair/participate in a committee. For the committee sign up form click on the Forms menu link.
